PRIVACY POLICY
This Policy governs the information practices of Meraki leads and its affiliates or subsidiaries (“we,” “us,” and “our”) about your use of the Services offered on Meraki leads websites, products, tools, promotions, and any other services that refer to this Policy. You authorize Meraki leads, its corporate parents, affiliates, and partners to send you telemarketing promotions through automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voices, and text messages for products or services that may be of interest to you, beyond those for which you have already applied. However, you are not required to sign this agreement to purchase any property, goods, or services.
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason, and we will update the “Last Updated” to reflect such changes. You will be informed of any changes by the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each modification. Please review this Policy carefully before using or submitting any information through or in connection with the Services. By accessing any part of the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in this Policy. If there are significant changes to this Policy, we will provide you with notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the terms of the updated Policy.

We may use third-party analytics providers and technologies, including cookies and similar tools, to help collect this information.
- Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies: We may collect information about your use of the Services through Internet server logs, cookies, and tracking pixels. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you visit a website, enabling us to recognize your computer, store your preferences and settings, and enhance your user experience by delivering content and advertisements specific to your inferred interests. Tracking pixels are electronic tags embedded in websites, online ads, and email, used to provide useful information and to measure the popularity of the Services and associated advertising. You can manage the use of cookies and other technologies through your browser settings.
- Location Information: We may collect different types of location information, including general information and more specific information through GPS-based functionality on mobile devices, to customize the Services with location-based information and features. We may use this information to improve the Services and provide location-based features. - To measure and improve the effectiveness of our content, features, and services, and to personalize the content and advertising you see;
- To facilitate the sending of SMS messages that provide information in response to your inquiries or on behalf of an agent you’re communicating with, and to contact you by phone or SMS with information about our services or offers that may interest you, with your consent;
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and other illegal activities, and to enforce our legal terms;
- To administer and troubleshoot our services.
We may combine information collected from different parts of our services or from our affiliates and non-affiliated third parties, and use it in accordance with this policy. We may also aggregate or de-identify information for research, analytics, and marketing purposes, and share it with third parties.
We may communicate with you through various channels, including SMS, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Facebook, emails, and apps, and may deliver telemarketing promotions for products or services in addition to those you’re applying for, but that may be of interest to you. You’re not required to sign any agreement as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Consent varies depending on the type and nature of the conversation we have with you, and we may need your express permission to send you certain types of messages. Conversational SMS/text messaging is a one-on-one two-way conversation between us and our existing customers or known contacts with an existing business relationship, and we may not need your explicit permission to engage in such conversations. Informational messaging occurs when you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted for informational purposes, and we require your express permission to send you such messages. Promotional texts directly promote, market, and sell our business or its services, and we need your express permission to send you such messages.
We may include links or buttons in our text messages to prompt you to take certain actions. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt-out at any time by texting “STOP” to us.
We may send you SMS text messages based on your activity or engagement, and you may opt-out by expressing your lack of interest or texting a keyword like “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE.” We may only send promotional text messages to contacts who have received them through inbound queries on our website or other advertising pages used for lead generation. We can only attempt to contact consumers when a service is requested or available.
3. Disclosing Your Information
Under certain circumstances, we may need to disclose or share your information with non-affiliated third parties. These circumstances include:
- Your consent: We may share your information with third parties if you have given us consent to do so. For example, if you are working with a real estate brokerage, we may share your information with that brokerage and its Members.
- Service providers and subcontractors: We may provide select third parties and subcontractors with access to or share your information if they perform services on our behalf, such as marketing, customer support, or legal services.
- Business partners: If we partner with other businesses to offer products and services, we may share your information with those partners.
- Public record information: Information about home sales and purchases, such as the buyer’s name and address, the price paid, and property taxes, are part of the public record. We may disclose some of this information to others.
- Protection of Growin Estate and others: We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that it is necessary to protect our rights, property, or personal safety, or the rights, property, or personal safety of our Members, affiliates, users, or the public.
- Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we may buy, merge, or partner with other companies. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets. If a portion or all of Growin Estate’s assets are sold or transferred to a third party, your information may be included among those transferred business assets.
4. Online Analytics and Advertising
- Analytics We may use third-party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to collect and analyze the information discussed above. These service providers collect information, including your IP address, through various analytics technologies mentioned in the “Cookies and Similar Technologies” section. They use this information to evaluate your use of our Services, track usage trends, prevent fraud, and provide certain features to you. If you receive an email from us, we may use analytics tools like clear GIFs to capture data such as when you open our message or click on any links or banners our email contains. This data helps us evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns. We may also use Adobe Analytics to analyze and optimize our website’s performance, advertising, and content.
To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. - Online Advertising We may use third-party advertising technologies to deliver relevant content and advertising on our Services and other websites you visit. We work with website analytics and advertising partners like Google, Doubleclick Campaign Manager, and Facebook to deliver Growin Estate ads on third-party publisher websites. These partners may set cookies on your device’s web browser to tailor ads based on various factors such as the page’s content, demographic data, user-generated content, and other information we collect from you. We may also allow other third parties, such as ad networks and ad servers like Google Analytics and DoubleClick, to serve tailored ads to you on the Services, other sites, and in other applications. They may access their own cookies or other tracking technologies on your device, and we may provide them with your de-identified customer information, such as email addresses, to target or retarget you with ads.
Please note that we do not control any opt-out links, and you may still receive advertisements even if you opt out. In that case, the advertising will not be tailored to your interests.
5. Notice regarding Do Not Track (DNT)
The Do Not Track (DNT) feature is a privacy preference that can be set by users in certain web browsers. We currently do not acknowledge or react to DNT signals initiated by browsers because the Internet industry is still working to define the precise meaning of DNT, what it takes to comply with DNT, and a unified approach to handling DNT.
6. Managing Your Data
To ensure the accuracy of your information, you can access and modify certain data in accordance with applicable laws. If your provided information changes or becomes inaccurate, you must promptly update us. Although some information may remain visible to Growin Estate, you can request deletion or modification through the Services or by emailing Info@merakireferrals.com. Upon request, we will close your account and remove your information as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that we may retain information from closed accounts for various reasons, including but not limited to legal compliance, fee collection, dispute resolution, investigation assistance, enforcement of our Terms of Use, and any other purposes permitted by law that we deem necessary in our sole discretion. However, once you transmit content through the Services, you may not be able to change or remove it.
7. Consent to Data Transfer
By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data by us in the United States and other countries where our computer systems are based. The data protection and privacy regulations in these jurisdictions may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. You also agree to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection required in your jurisdiction of residence, and to the processing of your data as described in this Policy.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible, as required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
9. Security
We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your information. However, we cannot guarantee that these measures will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose your information since no electronic transmissions can be entirely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you must protect access to your devices to prevent unauthorized access to the Services. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact us immediately at Info@merakireferrals.com. We are not responsible for unauthorized access through information or devices obtained from you by others.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites and services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies when you visit them.
11. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information once a year regarding our disclosure of your “personal information” to third parties for direct marketing purposes under California law. To make such a request, please email us at Info@merakireferrals.com with “Privacy Support” in the subject line.

We provide information about the CCPA’s definition of “sale” in our State Privacy Disclosures.

Once we post the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, any changes or updates will be effective immediately, and you acknowledge that you waive the right to receive individual notice of each such change or modification.
We recommend that you carefully review this Policy before using or submitting any information through or in connection with the Services. By accessing any part of the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as set out in this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please refrain from using the Services.
